Digital Product Licence Terms

1. Overview

These Digital Product Licence Terms apply to all digital products sold or provided by Lucky Tiger Australia through our website.

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing our digital products, you agree to these terms.

2. Ownership of Content

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Ebooks 

  • Digital download printable posters 

  • Digital download printable flash cards

  • Digital download printable activity sheets 

  • Digital download printable artworks and images

  • Educational resources 

remain the intellectual property of Lucky Tiger Australia.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.

3. Licence Granted

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the digital product for your personal, household, or classroom use, subject to these terms.

4. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Download the product for your own use 

  • Store the file on your personal devices 

  • Print copies for personal use 

  • Print copies for use within your own classroom or educational setting 

  • Use the product for educational purposes within your organisation if permitted by the product description.

     

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Share the digital files with third parties 

  • Email copies to others outside your permitted use 

  • Upload files to websites, social media, cloud-sharing platforms, or file-sharing services 

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute the files 

  • Modify and sell the content as your own 

  • Use the content in products offered for sale 

  • Remove copyright notices or branding 

  • Claim ownership of any part of the content 

6. Commercial Use

Unless stated otherwise in writing, our digital products are licensed for personal and educational use only.

Commercial use is prohibited.

Commercial use includes:

  • Reselling products 

  • Using artwork on merchandise 

  • Incorporating content into products for sale 

  • Selling printed copies 

  • Using content in paid courses or memberships 

7. School and Teacher Use

Teachers and schools may use purchased resources within:

  • Their own classroom 

  • Their own students 

  • Their own educational institution 

Schools may not distribute files to other schools, organisations, or unrelated teachers without purchasing additional licences where required.

8. Copyright Protection

All content is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation may result in legal action.

9. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

It is your responsibility to download and save purchased files.

We do not guarantee indefinite access to downloadable files.

10. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Breach of Licence

If you breach these terms, your licence may be immediately terminated.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our intellectual property rights.
