Product Exchange and Return

• Please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on digital products.

• If you find an error in a digital product, please contact us and we will offer you a replacement.

• On physical items we offer exchange or return within 30 days of purchase. 

• You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, with no visible signs of usage, and in the original packaging.

• Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs. 

• Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
